A moodboard, a reference photo or a rough description, plus your date and roughly how many.

Concept and costing
We work out materials, construction and finish, and come back with an option or two and a price.
- 03About a week
Mock-up
A digital mock-up of every piece in your colours and style. Nothing is made until you approve it. Want a physical sample first? We can arrange one, but allow at least 2 to 3 extra weeks.*
- 04About 4 weeks
Production
The full run, made to the approved mock-up, with photos checked before it ships.
- 05Shipping time
Delivered
To you, split between you and the venue, or straight to wherever you're celebrating.
* Physical samples are optional and available on request. They add at least 2 to 3 weeks to your timeline, so let us know early if you'd like one.
Plan ahead
Allow 8 to 10 weeks
Longer if you'd like a physical sample, or for something completely new or going overseas. Tell us your date and we'll be honest about what's possible.
- What helps us quote
- Your date and location, a rough quantity, budget per piece if you have one, and reference photos.
- Artwork files
- Your logo or monogram as an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file is best. PDF, EPS or SVG also work. Already have a designer? We're happy to work with them directly.

- We can design it for you for a design fee, which we'll confirm before any work starts.
- Designs per product
- Setup for one design per product is included. More designs or versions may add setup costs, shown clearly on your quote.
